Renouncing US Citizenship Ken O'Keefe
NOTE: That Makes 2 of Us! I expatriated from the
Federal Jurisdiction under 14 Statutes at Large. It was
created along with the 14th Amendment. Most individual do not
realize there are 2 United States. The first is the "United
State of America" This is the individual "Sovereign" States.
Those that are born in Texas are Sovereign Citizens of the Sovereign
State of Texas.
The second United States is the seat of the Federal
government. According to the Constitution the United States,
i.e. the "Federal Government" jurisdiction is limited to 10 square
miles of Washington D.C., federal owned and leased lands, and its
territories, Guam Puerto Rico, America Samoa etc. Those born
under this jurisdiction are federal citizens and subject to the
jurisdiction thereof. Including individuals who are born on a
military base, here or abroad.
Article 1 Section 8
When Lincoln freed the slaves, they could not be
natural born Sovereigns of the Sovereign State in which they lived.
So, the 14th Amendment gave the Freed Slaves federal citizenship and
state citizenship but not Natural Born Sovereign status. That
could only occur when the descendents of the new citizens were born
in one of the Sovereign States of the United States of America.
Thus, they are no longer "federal citizens" Note: The front of your
passport says "United States of America" and not the "Untied

repatriated into the "Kingdom of Heaven" under our 1st Amendment
Right of Freedom of Religion.
14th Amendment -
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to
the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of
the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any
law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of
the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life,
liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any
person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
This same kind of jurisdiction can also be found in
Title 26 of the United States Tax Code.
According to Title 26 of the Internal Revenue Code, are California, New
York, Florida, etc. States? If you said yes, you have been deceived
again! Section 3121(e) defines State as:
"The term `State' includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth
of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and America Samoa.
P.L. 86-624 Amended 1954 Code Sec. 3121(e)(1), as it appears in the
amendment note for P.L. 86-778, by striking out `Hawaii', where it
appeared following `includes'. Effective 8-21-59 . . . By striking out
Alaska . . . Effective 1-3-59"
Why are Alaska and Hawaii no longer states under the Internal Revenue
Code? Because they became States of the Union of States called the United
States of America. They are not "federal" states of the United
States (Article 1, Section 8, Constitution of the United States of
America). Therefore, most Citizens of the Republic of States of the United
States of America are not subject to Title 26, Internal Revenue Code. To
further prove this point, the case of U.S. vs. Virginia, 1805 declared,
"the District of Columbia is not a `state' within the meaning of the
constitution." Therefore the states as defined in Title 26 of the
Internal Revenue Code must be federal states and not States of the United
States of America. They are taxing you outside of their jurisdiction.

Please note that the Federal "United States"
Government was given very limited powers. This is confirmed by
the 9th & 10th Amendments
Article 1 Section 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes,
Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the
common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all
Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United

States, and with the Indian Tribes;

concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that
Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy; To make Rules for the Government and
Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the
Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia,
and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the
Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively,
the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the
Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals,
dock-Yards and other needful Buildings; And
To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying
into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by
this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any
Department or Officer thereof.
The United States
of Hypocrisy - The Stolen Nation of Hawaii
Produced by Ken Nichols O'Keefe in early 2001, this
is the virtually unknown story of Hawaii and the hidden Genocide
being committed by the American government with the use of 'blood
quantum' for the purpose of eliminating the Hawaiian national; and
the reason America does this? Because according to their own laws,
America never lawfully annexed Hawaii*, therefore according to law
Hawaii never became a state, and if the Hawaiian land was never
lawfully annexed, the only true claimant to the land, is the
Could Hawaii become a free nation once more? Nichols
O'Keefe not only argues the possibility, he shows the peaceful,

In 2008 the legislature of the reinstated Hawaiian Government (with
Representative Ken O'Keefe of District 6, Oahu) passed a law that
outlaws all weapons of mass destruction in Hawaii. In this bold move
the Hawaiian Government has reached out to the world to see just how
serious we are about ending imperialism and American domination of
the world. Thus far the world continues to be oblivious to this
cause and O'Keefe argues is missing one of the greatest
opportunities of our time to affect disarmament and increase the
chances for peace.
* Annexation was affected by joint resolution because the two/thirds
majority that was needed to annex territory was not possible. In
addition, the US Congress confessed in UNITED STATES PUBLIC LAW
103-150 that Hawaii was obtained by a conspiracy to overthrow the
lawful government of Hawaii and furthermore that the Hawaiian people
and nation have never relinquished title to their national lands.
And to add to that, the anti-annexation petition that was circulated
at the time of the proposed annexation of Hawaii to the United
States had the signature of virtually every single Hawaiian living
at that time.
