Presidential Executive Orders There is no constitutional provision nor statute that explicitly permits executive orders given in Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 of the Constitution.  The truth of the matter is: If the President can make law via executive orders, then the "Separation of Powers Doctrine" is null and void. However, while you were sleeping the enemy, prepared the following Executive Orders to be used in implementing their New World Order: A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is bypassed.

In Senate Report 93-549 of 1973, we will find these true but yet startling words: "Since March the 9th, 1933 (Roosevelt's New Deal), the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency (WAR). . . For 40 years, freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency . . . This vast range of powers, taken together, confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to normal constitutional processes. Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may: seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; regulate the operation of private enterprise; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens . . . Enormous scope of powers . . . A time bomb."

The report goes on to read: "Furthermore, it would be a largely futile task unless we have the President's active collaboration. Having delegated this authority to the president - in ways that permit him to determine how long it shall continue, simply through the device of keeping declarations alive - we now find ourselves in a position where we cannot reclaim the power without the President's acquiesce. We are unable to terminate these declarations without the President's signature, so we need a large measure of Presidential cooperation . . .

If the President can create crimes by fiat and without Congressional approval our system is not much different from that of the Communists, which allegedly threatens our existence."

Congressman Beck had this to say about the Emergency Powers, "But the Constitution of the United States, as refraining influence in keeping the federal government within the carefully prescribed channels of power, is moribund, if not dead. We are witnessing its death-agonies, for when this bill becomes a law, if unhappily it becomes a law, there is no longer any workable Constitution to keep Congress within the limits of its Constitutional powers." (Congressional Record, March 9, 1933)

Senator Church made this remarkable statement, "Like a loaded gun laying around the house, the plethora of delegated authority and institutions to meet almost every kind of conceivable crisis stand ready for use for purposes other than their original intention . . . Machiavelli, in his "Discourses of Livy," acknowledged that a great power may have to be given to the Executive if the State is to survive but warned of great dangers in doing so. He cautioned; Nor is it sufficient if this power be conferred upon good men; for men of frail, and easily corrupted, and then in a short time, he that is absolute may easily corrupt the people . . . These powers, if exercised, would confer upon the President total, authority to do anything he pleased." (Senate Report 93-549)

Speaking of the powers of the President under Executive Orders, Senator Mathias declared, "So I rather think, that under the concepts of Nuremburg, the answer to your question is: That one who is called upon to enforce the orders of the President would look to the Constitution and be guided by it. Otherwise, he would suffer the penalties of Nuremburg." (Senate Report 93-549) In other words, if anyone is called upon to enforce the unlawful, unconstitutional Executive Orders, they would be guilty of TREASON! And must be hung!

From the case of United States vs. Butler we find these disturbing but nevertheless true words: "If the novel view of the General Welfare Clause now advanced in support of the tax were accepted, this clause would not only enable Congress to supplant the states in the regulation of agriculture and all other industries as well, but would furnish the means whereby all other provisions of the Constitution, sedulously framed to define and limit the powers of the United States and preserve the powers of the states, could be broken down, the independence of the individual states is obliterated, and the United States converted into a central government exercising uncontrolled police power throughout the union superseding all local control over local concerns."

The Supreme Court of the United States in ex parte Milligan had to say about martial law, "Martial law cannot arise from a threatened invasion. The necessity must be actual and present, the invasion real, such as effectually closes the courts and deposes the civil administration."

Chief Justice Chase had this to say, "We by no means assert that Congress can establish and apply the laws of war where no war has been declared or exists. Where peace exists, the laws of peace must prevail." Does war exist in the United States today? Yes it does, and you are have been declared the enemy!

Little known to the American people, President Barack Hussein Obama signed an Executive on December 17, 2009, placing the United States and its people one step closer to world government.

The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.

By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now has the power to operate on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

INTERPOL now has full immunity from U.S. laws. In short, a global law enforcement entity now has full law-enforcement authority in the U.S. without any check on its power afforded by U.S. law and U.S. law enforcement agencies.

A foreign police force has never had diplomatic immunity and has always had to operate under the command of local authority. The Constitution is very clear in its intent not to abdicate any of our rights to a foreign power of any kind, but under the Obama Administration, this is coming to an end.

Here are just a few Executive Orders that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen.

It should be noted that over time, some of the following Executive Orders have been rescinded or replaced by others. But the true terror to our liberty rests with the ease in which they can be issued and how earlier orders are frequently replaced by those of a more draconian nature:

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An "emergency czar" was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 12919. This order places all federal, state and local law enforcement directly under the control of the President.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 13233. Restricted public access to the papers of former presidents, was more recently criticized by the Society of American Archivists and other groups, stating that it "violates both the spirit and letter of existing U.S. law on access to presidential papers as clearly laid down in 44 USC. 2201–07," and adding that the order "potentially threatens to undermine one of the very foundations of our nation". President Obama later revoked Executive Order 13233 in January 2009.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis."

The Violent Crime Control Act of 1991 provides additional powers to the President of the United States, allowing the suspension of the Constitution and Constitutional rights of Americans during a "drug crisis". It provides for the construction of detention camps, seizure of property, and military control of populated areas.

When the Constitution of the United States was framed it placed the exclusive legislative authority in the hands of Congress and with the President. Article I, Section 1 of the United States Constitution is concise in its language, "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." That is no longer true. The Bill of Rights protected Americans against loss of freedoms. That is no longer true. The Constitution provided for a balanced separation of powers. That is no longer applicable.

Perhaps it can be summed up succinctly in the words of conservative activist Howard J. Ruff. "Since the enactment of Executive Order 11490, the only thing standing between us and dictatorship is the good character of the President, and the lack of a crisis severe enough that the public would stand still for it."

 A De Facto Government

 It's a DE-FACTO government of tyrants operating under the color of constitutionality. It is in total violation of the separation of powers doctrine and over-throws the judicial and legislative branches. The enemy has carefully selected their paid traitors (judges) to keep and enforce the secret from the people and to protect them from We The People, as they plunder our inalienable rights and liberties. A silent coup has taken place in the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.

* De Facto - "In fact, in deed, actually. This phrase is used to characterize an officer, a government, a past action, or a state of affairs which must be accepted for all practical purposes, but is illegal or illegitimate. Thus, an office, position or status existing under a claim or color of right such as a de facto corporation. In this sense it is the contrary to de jure, which means rightful, legitimate, just, or constitutional. Thus, an officer, king, or government de facto is one who is in actual possession of the office or supreme power, but by usurpation, or without lawful title; . . ."

* De Facto government - "One that maintains itself by a display of force against the will of the rightful legal government and is successful, at least temporarily, in overturning the institutions of the rightful legal government by setting up its own in lieu thereof."

* Color of Law - "The appearance or semblance, without the substance, of legal right. Misuse of power, possed by virtue of state law and made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state, is action taken under `color of state law.'
